MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — The Magnolia community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of 32-year-old Salomon Verde Galindo, who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle crash Friday afternoon.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. on Wintergreen Drive, just south of Fernrose Court in the Magnolia area. Investigators say Galindo was operating a 2024 Kawasaki motorcycle and traveling southbound when he was unable to navigate a curve in the roadway.
Authorities report that the motorcycle left the road, causing Galindo to be thrown from the bike before striking a tree. The impact proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders arrived quickly, but despite their efforts, there was nothing that could be done to save him. Officials confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash, and the incident is being investigated as a single-vehicle accident.
