39-Year-Old Bo Cephus Morgan Killed in Early Morning Crash in Bedford County

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. — Bo Cephus Morgan, 39, of Vinton, has been identified as the man who tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Bedford County.

According to Virginia State Police, the crash occurred around 1:00 a.m. on April 12 along Rocky Ford Road, just east of Dickerson Mill Road. Authorities reported that a 2010 Ford F-250 was traveling southbound when it ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Morgan, who was the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle, was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. Despite this, he sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
